Tribune Transformation

The proposed development aims to activate Queen Street East & Karamu road with mix of both Food & Beverage, Retail & Office tenancies. A number of activation corridors will be created via partial demolition of existing buildings, & the creation of both internal & external laneways to help activate these new spaces as well as improving the thoroughfare connectivity between Karamu Road, Queen Street East & Warren Street.

Together as a whole, the four character blocks achieve a village like environment, reducing the overall bulk of the development whilst equally allowing maximum light, ventilation, accessibility, and outlook to each of the individual buildings. The development aims to significantly enhance Hastings public spaces, urban development, and street scape.
